The Ferndale Fire Department responds to all types of life or property threatening emergencies within the Ferndale Fire District.

Under Mutual Aid agreements we will also respond to emergencies within the Bigfork and Swan Lake Fire Districts as needed. We work closely with Bigfork Fire and Ambulance, Swan Lake Fire Department, and Swan Search and Rescue.

At any time, day or night, we may be called upon to respond to a number of different types of emergencies, including:

• Medical Aid
• Fires (structure, chimney, wildland, automobile)
• Motor Vehicle Accidents
• Rescues (ice, swift water)
• Electrical
• Hazardous Material
